* A proper follow-up must be done to the construction works of the wastewater treatment system as it can be observed that the grease trap was badly constructed which will require more time, use of more materials and increase of costs, which could be prevented with a proper follow-up to these works.

* The design of domestic wastewater system with rainwater in parallel as can be observed in this project is very successful and innovative, which helps us to acquire knowledge for our growth as professionals.

* These field tours are very enriching because of the knowledge acquired and it will be our field of action as future professionals.

* Due tutor Dani Osorio did not explain at the moment of designing these wastewater treatment systems, we must think about building in large measures, as this will not present problems with the system, besides using the appropriate accessories for correct revision and correct operation of system.

FAT TRAP: Used to retain the fats generated in the kitchen, dishwashers, showers and washing machines. (the trap inspected is 250 liters, it has a finding since the slope was built in an inverse way.  It is necessary to correct it.  It has all the corresponding accessories.

SEPTIC TANK: the treatment unit where the waters of the toilets arrive, here the microorganisms decompose the organic matter present in the wastewater and separate the solid part of the wastewater by sedimentation process, generating sludge that remains at the bottom of the tank, this tank is well constructed and it is functioning properly.

ANAEROBIO FILTER: the waters that pass from the septic tank are treated with microorganisms that grow in the hand stone or pieces of bamboo which end up decomposing the organic matter decreasing contamination. (the filter seen is upstream and lacks of filtering material).

INFILTRATION FIELD: Series of perforated pipes distributed in 4 branches on bed of sheafs and protected by geotextile that allow the water to finish its microbacterial process and be absorbed by the earth.  It is built correctly.

STARD MAINTENANCE: The maintenance of the visited system will be carried out in the same property.

It is recommended to the inhabitants not to try to use limpid or disinfectants with chlorine to avoid eliminating the bacteria.

The visited system is easy to access and well located.  If there is any blockage, inspection boxes were built every 5 meters.

The rainwater of the property is collected by a French filter.

They are shallow ditches covered with geotextile and filled with filtering material, in which there is usually a lower transport conduit. They are designed to capture and filter the runoff of adjacent waterproof surfaces, transporting it to water. They allow the infiltration and favor the lamination of the runoff. In this property the filter is located very close to the boundary and arrives to the water source.

The waste generated in Obra is removed and deposited in an authorized dump. (in the property there was no point of collection for these)

During the Work, portable toilets were installed for the workers.

A regulation pressure pump PSI was available, since the water pressure in this sector is very low. Reserve tank of 3 m3.

The water taken in the property is from the Aquariums acueduct.

Guadual maintenance but not with established silvicultural conditions.

Existing trees on site: low ornamental and fruit trees.

It can be said that the domestic wastewater treatment system of Lot No 1 of the Tacurrumbi condominium is well designed and functioning in an adequate manner.

The tour was started in Lot No. 1 under construction with the aim of verifying all the environmental aspects that should be taken into account. In addition, the construction of the domestic wastewater treatment system was reviewed and its implications due to its location.

These are the Components that were taken into account:

Component A: Water management. (Dumping authorization, channel occupation authorization, maintenance, distances).

Component B: Documentation (Tradition Certificate, Land use, closure plan and abandonment)

Component C: Technical Part. (Type of system, type of final disposal, activity generating the shedding)

Component D: Soil (type of soil, current land use).

Component E: Construction Waste Management. (Provision, certified company).

For the construction of a domestic wastewater treatment system, the parameters that are contemplated in the Law 50 of January 18, 2018 must be met.
