About 70% of water that are</p><p>needed for organism cell's.</p><p>Its recommended to drink water about a glass of water 8 times a day to maintain good health</p><p>Water is necessary for organism :</p><p>~ to keep the cells full and operate well</p><p>~ most of the chemical reaction in metabolism involve water.</p><p>Thirdly, oxygen is also important to maintain good health.</p>]]></description>
