As students, working together on a group project about domestic violence has been both a challenging and eye-opening experience. Tackling such a serious and sensitive topic required maturity, empathy, and a sense of responsibility. It pushed us beyond the usual academic tasks and encouraged us to engage with real-world issues that affect countless people, often in silence.

One of the most meaningful aspects of this project was realizing how important it is to talk about domestic violence — especially among young people. Many victims feel isolated, ashamed, or afraid to speak up. By choosing to focus on this topic, we hoped to raise awareness, spark conversations, and help break the silence that allows abuse to continue.

Using the Insta360 camera made our project even more powerful. This technology allowed us to create immersive scenes where the viewer could feel part of the story. It wasn’t just about watching — it was about experiencing. The 360-degree perspective helped us represent the emotional impact of domestic violence in a more realistic and moving way, making the viewer reflect more deeply on what victims go through.

As a team, we learned how to collaborate, share responsibilities, and support one another — just as people need support when facing difficult situations in real life. We also gained technical skills by exploring how to film and edit using the Insta360, which added a creative and professional dimension to our work.

In the end, this project was more than an academic assignment. It was a chance to grow as individuals and as a group, to use technology for social awareness, and to give voice to those who often go unheard. We hope that our work can help inform, inspire, and encourage others to take a stand against domestic violence.

The PowerPoint presentation about domestic violence in our class was very informative and impactful. It helped us understand the seriousness of this issue and how it affects many people, especially women and children, around the world and even in our own communities.
