1.I put the flour,heavy cream and sugar in a bowl.
2.Then I stir it.
3.I add egg yolks to make the mixture bind.
4.I whisk egg whites in a bowl with sugar.
5.I mix up steps 1,2,3,4 together and pour into cake model.
6.I put it in the oven.

Khaman:
Mix water with khaman mix flour and make batter.
Rest a batter to 5 min.
Grease pan with oil and pour batter.
Steam pan for 15min in a steamer.
After steaming rest for 5 min for cooling down.
Cut it in square pieces.
Decorating with coriander leaves.
