Motivated staff work harder and there are any different ways to achieve this. High salary, more paid holidays, comfortable office environment and hard-working company culture are effective methods. Among them, hard-working company culture is the most effective method. This essay will show how to motivate staff and explain the company culture that is the best way to motivate employees.</div><div> </div><div>Hard-working company culture can influence character by environment to change the nature of each person and inspire employees. Culture affect the person's thinking, different ways of ideological change people's behavior. Hard work of the company culture to create a good working atmosphere. Under the environment of each employee will be affected. All the employees work hard carefully. This good habit is a virtuous cycle. Older employees affect new employees. The upper affect low-level employees. The company's culture is seriously hard work. This is a very effective and sustainable development way to motivate employees. For example, Traditional culture in the company also has a far-reaching influence on employee behavior. Traditional Chinese people must be a smart, diligent, kind, responsible for work, family and country. Because of the existence of the traditional thought, people finish themselves should take on work consciously. And even more efforts to complete the task of the excess (Shiyue Mao, 2015). So hard-working company culture is a good way to motivate staff.</div><div> </div><div>Then, the comfortable office environment also is important. Such as Open-Plan Office Space. Because employee can turn to another person for advice or assistance without having to knock on doors or schedule a formal meeting. It can enhance the flow of information and teamwork. But lack of privacy is a problem with open-plan office spaces, where computer screens are easily visible by those walking by and telephone conversations are likely to be overheard. For example, although researchers have claimed Open-Plan Office Space can improve social support, which communication and cooperation, the results indicated that coworker friendships are of the lowest quality in open-plan arrangements, when compared with those with their own offices or who share offices with just one or two others. (the guardian, 2016) Therefore, comfortable office environment is important of motivating staff, but between the employee have some problem.</div><div> </div><div>In the summary, how to motivate staff is important of each company, which can a lot of ways to motivating staff. What is the most effective approach?<br><br></div><div><em>Companies are always looking for new ways to motivate their staff, which are kinds of encouraging methods for employees. There are many approaches to achieve this. This essay will show 4 useful methods, which include giving bonuses, encouraging a sense of achievement and having a multiple work environment and building attractive company culture. The most effective way of doing this is giving bonuses to employees.</em></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Firstly, giving good bonus is the best method to encourage staff. The most of people loved money which are basic on human needs. The companies can provide some bonus to worker. For example, John Lewis employees had many bonus which is&nbsp; 9% to 22% of their salaries from the employer  REF. John Lewis company did not decrease benefits in financial and economic crisis since the Second World War. And it increase 20% profit (TheGuardian, 2010).&nbsp; The method has many benefits for staff. Thus, the bonus is the most important way to motivate staff.</strong>&nbsp;</div><div><br>Secondly, companies give staff different palce to be relax, which is a good method to encourage employees. Because worker who have different definition about comfortable workplace feel happy, and a nice setting can increase staff' efficiency. For example, according to a research report, which show the 85% American employers can improve the working environment for employees. Because it increace incomes about 250 millions dollars every year than before (NBRII, 2006). To sum up, a great working environment can improve employees' motivation. For example, 80% of the employees of the PepsiCo Inc are arguing over the competition. Then Crisis welfare came being. It means Company provide employees with the added benefits of decompression.For example, Provide employees with benefits for breakfast, organize staff to travel and make handle fitness cards, etc., the purpose is to reduce the psychological pressure of employees, then employees can get relax. In society, people who work hard are easy to get high wages. Higher wages means that people can enjoy a better life. For example. The two top of lists of employers are good wages and job security. Because the staff think the sense of achievement and relaxation are more effective to motivate them. The good wages and job security just the two kinds of demands when they work. Because the staff can relax and getting a good mood when they work in a good environment. At this time, the employees can do their job more studious. And sometime, the staffs also can cook for themselves in this restaurant. In the working place, the room is designed special. The staff can see some special scenery in their office. And these sceneries are easy to change. So the employee of Google can find that they can work in different place when the scenery is changed. If the employee wants to choose more relaxation place to talk their job, they also can choose to seat in the sofa （BBC, 2014）.
