My challenges that i ever experienced is when a child accidentally urine in class and another child is in the toilet

also accidentally urine on floors...thus i need the teacher to assist the child in yhe tpilet while i settle the class room first

the children will take their own sweet time in the toilet and loves to play with water. I will tell them that its wrong to play with water and we have to save water and also tell them toilet is not the correct place to play.

I always think positve and help them as an when i can..

so far i dont really interact with parents often as my work does not involve me with parents often.

For me , so far I dont faced the challenges with all the children. I managed to handle them when I assisted teachers. I only confused my position at work as I am involved in many areas....
