Giving tasks to bring followers is okay but if you really want this to work you need to go deeper. You are not giving proper tasks to check people nor you are taking any interviews. It just looks like you are adding people for the sake of numbers like a 'BHED CHAL'. You should sort them based on their skills and give them real tasks to test them rn you guys are doing same things that every other summit or MUN do.
