So this is the progress we made:

• We met during the Easter Break at the Forum where we established: The topic, the issues, the committees, ate mango lassi and organized our roles throughout the MUN.

• So, the last couple of weeks, we have been observing inspiration during MUNOL, as well as getting into contact with Mr. Strothmann.

• This weekend we have: Created a pallet, divided the councils, developed information to provide (e.g. rules of procedure and position paper), AliExpress order with accessories, developed the social media, made a logo, debut post instagram, finalized issues, divided the countries with the students, started a placard template, discussed the certificates and printing, communicated with the mentors of MYP 1-3, discussed the trailer, contacted different potential guest speakers and adjusted all of the documents to ISGMUN (and not lets say MUNOL)

Everything else is managed.

We have been thinking of ways to make this project more communal and advocative for the community. We have decided that we will contribute to the kiva foundation in the way of advocacy. We will make several posts about kiva and the schools integration with it.

our new timetable is to post 3 times a week specifically on tuesdays and sundays.

Overall what we need to do more is post more and make sure the values of the ispg are withheld in the process. Our SMART goal for the end of the year is, By the end of september we will have posted 30 posts wich is a little over 3 a week and have raised awareness ofr the kiva foundation.
