Hello! My name is Marco Ninaja.

I usually don't go to the supermarket often. I rarely go, like today.

I buy the fruits that I like like strawberries, apples, oranges, tangerines and pears. I also buy yogurt for my fruit salad.

I always buy purple corn and cevada, to make soft drinks. I love frozen drinks.

Now I'm at home eating my fruit salad and watching a comedy series.

Hello Malu, I heard that you are coming to Ilo on vacation. Fantastic. You can stay at my house when you arrive. Be sure to bring summer clothes, hats, and sunscreen. It's too hot in Ilo.

Ilo is a beautiful and small city, everything you need will be nearby.

I recommend getting around by bicycle, it is healthier and you save money on public transportation.

When you arrive I will invite you to eat barbecue at the Toro Mocho restaurant after some ice cream from the Vizzios ice cream parlor.

I recommend walking along the coastal boardwalk in the afternoons and enjoying the sunsets.

This year I started my pre-professional internship,I was having a difficult time. I wasn't giving good 5-minute talks ti the workers.

I decided to change and lose my fear of speaking in public, I took public speaking classes, I asked my boss Evelyn (my crush) for advice, I practiced journaling and nourished myself with knowledge by watching YouTube videos and reading.

I managed to give my 5-minute talk to the workers, even my boss was present and gave me positive feedback.

After I had finished high school, I applied to the university. I had to learn to wash my clothes because I was going to move into an apartment with some friends. My mom taught me how to do laundry and use the washing machine and I practiced washing my clothes. The next challenge was to improve my concentration, first I organized my time and my study space, then I made an outline of each topic I learned and started eating nuts.

After I had suffered doing all this chores by myself, I improved my skills and as a person.
