Ask them to pick up dollar without moving feet or knees. Next ask another to put heels, hips, and shoulders against wall.  Ask them to jump without leaning forward. Lastly, ask another to turn their right side toward the wall and place their right foot, right shoulder, and right cheek against the wall. Ask them to lift their left foot off the ground. When they can't do this explain, the need to shift their center of gravity away from the base of support, which will have them either fall, or their sense of balance won't let them. </div>]]></description>
