The first  food that is sold is Chapati. Chapati is made of ATTA flour , majerin and water.
The prodecur of making this is very easy as you need to mix the atta flour and abit water till it become a doh. A small spoon of majerin is added to make the doh smoother.

Today we learned the perfect way to make  thosai.  Thosai is made of rice, beans ulunthu, water and one teaspoon  of salt. This dish is eaten with grated cocount which is cooked well with some spice together with curry.

As one week passed the price for the food been increased. Chapati and Thosai increased to RM 1.50 and Briyani increased to RM5. We came up with a marketing strategy to promote our shop Mr Briyani Cafe to the people around Pengkalan Chepa. We made a page named Mr Briyani Cafe and give all the information about this business in the page so that people can be aware about this shop.

As its Briyani Day, we try to collect orders from bachok students. We will deliver it if we got more than 10 pax from Bachok campus. The students there managed to collect around 15 pax of orders for briyani. We start the day by making briyani for the shop first. Then we made briyani for Bachok students. we deliver quite late to them because of the traffic as we were going on bike. We brought up a new dish today which is called popcorn masala vade. Its a snacks which made dhal peas with some onions, chilies and curry leaves. It just nice to be eaten like that. The sales for today was quite down as there were morning market  in Pengkalan Chepa. We sell our food mainly to the workers nearby Gary Cafe and also UMK staff who were at Gary during Lunch time. We got orders from Bachok Campus again today for Briyani. The amount of Briyani which is ordered are around 15 packs. This made us not taking the transportation charges from them. On the way to Bachok, one of the packet of briyani falls on the road cause of the wind, we could not save it. we encounter the problem by accepting the mistake to the person order. They understood. For a change we never take money for 1 pack of briyani. Today was the day for the program. Everything was settle by the Indian students that was helping us in. We did catering for our program. we made around 80 pax of Briyani rice for the program. Cameras and I was handling everything at the shop, Karamjeet went to see the full set up for the program. From the Food, Emcee, Transportation and the participation all was settled. The program went successfully. We got an order from the Tamil Language Unit (TLU) club to make 80 urundai for thier prayers in the temple. Urundai is one kind of food which is made of green beans with some sugar, coconut and brown sugar. we managed to finish it up on time and send it to temple. We got a good feedback from the people in the temple and also the students. We took orders to make rice today from the students. The orders was White Rice with Kurma curry and tauhu sambal. we got the order for around 20 packs.
