Santo Galatioto Jr. is also certified to teach Advanced Placement courses in American history and psychology. Mr. Galatioto holds a master of arts in teaching with a minor in secondary education from Quinnipiac University, where he also earned his sixth-year degree in school administration and his bachelor’s degree in history. His performance as a young teacher earned him “Teacher of the Year” at Hamden High School in Hamden, Connecticut. He remains actively engaged in professional development by participating in workshops on issues such as racial influences on academic achievement. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Galatioto is active in local politics as a member of the Orange Democratic Town Committee.
