Being able to laugh with students also will prevent me from burning out and the classroom from transforming into an overly serious environment that does not value the fun in learning.</div>]]></description>

That's why it would be important for my classroom to spend time appreciating their peers work, and having a chance for their own work to be put on a pedestal of sorts. The class would regularly vote on things like their favorite presentations during group work and receive a ton of feedback from me personally in the way of conferences and written notes.</div>]]></description>
