Dear Pragati,

In the last two years, your contribution to the ASM team has been immense. You have worked across the spectrum - grades 1 to 10 - rarely has anyone shown such flexibility and openness. You are very hard working person who took up challenges and executed well. You completed your targets on time, with high quality. You also took ownership for your pod by ensuring consistent quality irrespective of the quality of the creators. Your work on the Practice Booklets where you had to create HOTs yourself, was excellent. I am grateful for your contributions and for getting the Science / EVS team this far. You will be missed.

Hey Pragati,
When we started as a team, it was so official and professional with you but then eventually you were not just a pod lead for us but a go-to person. You have always guided and pulled me out of the confusion state without any complaints. I am so glad that I got to work with you and I am definitely going to miss our morning meet which used to be our 'POWER ON' method for work, discussing how exciting the day is going to be. You cannot be replaced!

You have been an awesome colleague, a wonderful mentor, a great friend and an amazing well-wisher. There had always been one name that resonated in my mind whenever there was any task in Science. That's Pragati. I was new to the team but you never made me feel like one. You have an excellent sense of ownership with high commitment levels at work!!. This culture is visible even with your team.

Thank you for the charm and fun you brought to the ASM team. You were always a dependable and trustworthy person when it came to working and beyond. It was really fun working with you and I do hope to see you again someday. Wishing you all the best things in life and thanks for being a part of us!
