NFS can provide a free two week assessment period, at home. This will help to identify what support is needed and how often. After the assessment period, NFS will recommend ongoing support needs, which can then be sourced via local providers. NFS can continue to support after the free two week period, although this will then be charged.

Generally for older adults but the demographic in some areas is changing to a mix of ages. The HWC complexes are managed by City / District Councils and have care on-site. Some have Dementia flats in a secure area. It's not quite like the care villages in Sweden but offers the independence of your own flat with facilities and care.
