         <description><![CDATA[<div>The difference between RAM and ROM is that one means the Random access memory ( RAM) and the other one means  read only memory (ROM). The RAM is volatile and the ROM is non volatile. The ROM is something that cannot be changed by a program or person, while as the RAM will only store memory when the computer is turned on. But the ROM can store memory when the computer is turned off.<br><br>The RAM is the thing that freezes your computer when you have too many tabs open.  </div>]]></description>
