They are battling for the vote on banning Alcoholism

Solutions (What they Accomplished:

The 18th Amendment being ratified and banning/restricting Alcohol

Both are working to an end to Drinking/Alcohol

Reformers:

Back then they wanted to ban Alcohol, Now we want to prevent people from drinking it

Solutions:

Back then they stopped legal drinking, Now we are trying to stop it all together

Conclusion (Have they changed over time?):

They have definitely changed over time with today the alcohol use is being used worse than back then and reformers today are trying to prevent it but not stopping it because its nearly impossible because people are still drinking illegally.
