Extend:  Holding endless qualifications and certificates doesn't equate to being a good teacher, it never has. The narrative that suggests it does simply leads to academic inflation and moves focus away from developing the social skills necessary to really connect with students.

Challenge:
Like with everything, there is a counter side to fixating on growth mindset and continuous betterment. It makes both teachers and students struggle to ever feel a sense of accomplishment or completion. They never 'arrive' and therefore every ambition is a mirage, an ever-moving goal post. This feeling can also lead to burnout, exhaustion and anxiety. My challenge question is 'when is 'good enough', good enough?"
