         <description><![CDATA[<p>During Summer, Koalas become less active, eating less and sleeping most of the day to keep their body temperature down. </p><p>During Autumn, Koalas rely on eucalyptus leaves for food and water. On cooler days, they will use the sun and their thick fur to keep themselves warm. </p><p>During Winter, Koalas rely on their thick fur to keep warm and often curl up into a ball to maintain their body heat. Koalas that live in mountain territories will move down the slopes to avoid any snow that might fall. </p><p>During Spring, Koalas become more active, seeking out a partner to mate with and new territories as the temperatures rise. This is also the time when their young will leave their mothers to venture out on their own. </p>]]></description>
