         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pupils read/have a (model) text which is colour coded.<br>e.g.: verbs/tenses/adjectives/ pronouns/frequency/expressions/opinions etc. are all in a specific colour. The pupils decide on a generic title for each colour and <strong>create a success criteria list as a class</strong>.<br>After they have finished their own writing task, they swap their pieces of writing and <strong>peer-check that they have met all the success criteria</strong>.&nbsp;<br>You can make this more fun by allocating a certain amount of points for each parts of the success criteria and see who has scored the highest!<br>You can differentiate by asking less able pupils to use the model text and change specific coloured parts to make it "their own".</div>]]></description>
