1. Title. (Facilitator: Pauliina) main title: broad topic; subtitle:then something that helps it stand out, provocative.
2. Objectives and significance. (Facilitator: Sonja)  - (can be named as introduction, objectives/significance) - always a brief straightforward section. Introduce topic, what is relevant/interesting + objectives. a)prior research; b)identify a problem - what is missing, being reconsidered, etc; c) how your work will address that problem - purpose, aim; d) why the problem matters/implications.
3. Theoretical framework. (Facilitator: Karin) : Barad, Ingold; Braidotti; Neimanis (critical posthumanisma and New materialism, post-qualitative research) - showcase your theories by citing different works, make it clear that it's critical posthumansims or transhumanism and how it relate to your methods - how these critical frameworks speak to your methods -show how they speak to each other.
4. Methods and modes of inquiry. (Facilitator: Mirka): Clearly table methods - maybe use modes of inquiry (if Manning, use technique for example). Data collection apragraph and data analysis paragraph, but if post work, cue them into the framework before you use unusual terms to describe this section.Cite methods literature, state inquiry type, justify methods section. If post work, use relationalities,events, etc. so 
5. Data sources and materials. (Facilitator: Audrey)  - a subsection of Methods. be clear about how your inferences are valid. Be deliberate about your sampling - be explicit how you did it and why. In our case its about relationships, so proximity to a garden for example, is an important point regarding the main focus, the relationships people have with more-than-humans. You need to connect those points for the reviewer. Who (sampling - who and how did you come across them - show how you were deliberate about it), what (instrument - what did you do to collect data? include citations to underpin your decisions about methods - show alignment; Include instrument in appendices - that speaks to replicability) why and how (including data analysis). Include limitations too
6. Results and conclusion. (Facilitator: Jeanne) - around 300 words per section. trying to convince the reviewers you'll have a full paper by April. Best guesses about findings so far - and be explicit about how they are preliminary conclusions. but let them know that you are on your way to having a full presentation. Even if it's a theoretical piece you can have an idea about what the main arguments will be; predictions, or the what contributions/area of contributions will be.
7. Scholarly significance. (Facilitator: Margarita) - sell your proposal. show how the proposal is interesting, novel, important and make a contribution, not for you, for the audience while you clearly identify your niche. - are you adding to methodology? conceptual framework? Make that clear. Showcase the quality of your research as well.
8. Authorship order and responsibilities. (Facilitator: Maija)  -  substantial contribution. Good idea to decide ahead of time authorship order so each member knows the level of commitment/workload. Also, if you are second author in one, don't be second author in the other, be third, that was you know you'll put more time into one. Think about how much time you have available.
