• Identifying areas of vulnerability and involving the community in questions and concerns

• Not focusing simply on aid coming in. Sometimes people don’t need money or even food to an extent - they need shelter and clothing and access to sanitary products and healthcare. Things they cannot control, because they may be resilient in other ways which aid does not taking into account as it focuses on checking off boxes. This also plays into what the global north should do.
