If we have 3 scholars in a scope who are truant and one has an IEP and one is EL and the other is MV, can we just add the contact for all 3 at the same time and tag Christy, Karla, AND the Ed Specialist, even though they really only need to be tagged for 1/3 scholars each? Or should we create separate entries in CM so as not to send extra notifications to staff?

What if we have parents who don't understand why we need to upload work samples when they are uploading work samples every day into AE? What is the "why?" behind doing this? I understand it's Ed Code, but Ed Code doesn't say we have to upload 2 work samples for each subject, per learning period. Not arguing, just asking because I have had parents asking.

Case Manager Assignments

What is the best way to ask about Case Manager assignments? Do I go to my coordinator, who then goes to Leslie or Lauren? I don't want to bother people, but sometimes a scholar sits for 4-5 days w/o a case manager.

For credit recovery courses the required assignments will change based on the pretest results - how can we account for this in the list of assignments due during each LP?

work reduction

Does this pull specifically for each student, or just for the class? For example, if someone has a 30% work reduction, will it be showing all the assignments, or only the ones assigned to them?

If it's LP2, and they submit a work sample from the LP1 list, does the AWR list include previously un-submitted work from LP1? Essentially, would the work sample still match the AWR, or it will not? Do we need to make sure all samples match the AWR each LP?

If you did have them create a digital portfolio that does not get submitted through Buzz, would the watermark still be complete if they just upload a pdf into the portal. (Will the grade be there, etc.?)
