I improved on my reflective of meaning and reflective of feeling. I want to continue to work on responding to various responses from clients. I want to work on the skills paraphrasing and summarizing more. I am looking forward to actually working with clients and also taking the theories and multicultural class.

1) I think I improved on skillsetters more specifically, open ended questions, and engaging properly, saying more of the "right things".

2&3) I need to both grow and look forward to learning and knowing more about all of the ethics involved. I have learned a bunch, but there is a lot of information, and I eventually want to be way more comfortable and confident understanding and applying all of the aspects of ethics.

1- I improved on allowing a long pause, intentional silence

2- I want to work on being prepared for difficult boundary type questions or issues, (for example, a client asking to be social media friends or something like that)
