To celebrate Book Day, we took part in a fun and creative storytelling activity. The challenge? Take a well-known fairy tale, like Little Red Riding Hood or Cinderella, and rewrite it with a twist.

Students could choose to tell the story from the villain’s point of view, change the setting or the time period. After writing their new versions in groups, they read them aloud to the class, and everyone tried to guess the original tale.
