I liked this photo then and I still like it now for the forced perspective given by the line of trees on the left side of the image. I wanted to convey that I was walking through a tree tunnel and I couldn't do it unless I included those in the margins. I edited for warmer colors too to convey that we were having a beautiful fall day with an incredible sunset.

Something I would have done differently then is try harder to learn my camera settings to make better pictures. Looking at those settings specs make me laugh because it makes it very clear I had no idea what I was doing!

I think this photo is really cool because of colorful shadows and artistic decorations juxtaposing with the dark background. I think it really makes them pop. I really made this photo happen in the editing process. I heavily darkened as much as I could to maximize the shadows while still keeping the decorations lighted.

If I could do something differently I wish I could have figured out a way to remove the light bar in the middle of the photo. Although I think the photo is still strong with it, I feel it distracts form the shadows and decorations.

I liked this photo because of how the trees look with all the snow on them and how simple it looks.

I wish the lights in that room didn't turn on automatically because then I could've looked for a simpler background.

If I were to take this picture again I would try and get the top of the tree in more of the middle of the frame.

My subject was these animal tracks I found in the snow. My techniques were angling myself to catch the light the right way to show the shadows.
