I really enjoyed the three stories because the topic the author chose to write about was quite unique from what I've read. This book is about a girl named Bella and a boy named Joe and they were best friends. Bella's mother was a mad scientist and invented a shrink ray. Bella had play with it and accidentally shrunk Joe and herself. They had an adventure around everywhere and the adventure will continue in the next books. I think the book was very interesting because there was this character called Sol who in the last book appeared like a fortune teller and suddenly he influences one of the four clans to betray the other warriors and to loose faith in the warrior code. The story gets very intense from there and when that problem was solved, another came along. This book was very hooking and had a great story so I rate this a 10/10

I really enjoyed this book because the main character was a very interesting character. She is a loner who sometimes offends everyone so no one wants to be her friend. She sometimes is quite sarcastic which is quite funny. When she has to go down and grant someone's wish there was a mistake and someone replaced her. Magically she somehow got to go and she proved herself by helping her wisher and making friends with her. In this book my favourite part was when there were fairies and how they describe how they look and what they do. I think it is very interesting how the bad ones try to charm Emily but the good ones save her then the bad one's army tries to shoot them and how there is a chase. I liked making a movie inside my head and visualising the whole scene. This book was quite interesting and I liked that it had a happy ending but I think the ending should have been more descriptive and I think that the plot should have a bigger problem. I think the ending of the book was very nice and happy because Alexis was able to get the courage to achieve her goal and impress her sister. I think it was quite weird and funny when she made a plan for her crush. The book was about a  boy who landed up in  a village and is now a chore boy. The village had no moon and there were other weird things about it too. I feel sympathy for Samantha ( the pretty blonde girl) because she has three problems at once. She misses her dad, she has no friends and she thinks she is no longer liked by anyone even the teacher! But sometimes she is not very nice to people so if I were her I would be extra nice so I would get a friend to share my problems with. This book is about a girl called Elsa and she is likes to tell jokes and she is monkey like since her hair is all wild. This book is about how she and her little sister, little brother, mum and step dad have to stay at a bread and breakfast hotel. I think the title of this book is very smartly made up because the whole series is about cupcakes and in the book the main character Katie, is learning softball. 
My favourite part is when the author describes the softball tryouts and how Katie was very scared. I think Mia is an interesting character because in the book she was failing Spanish and didn't tell her parents. She also had to make cupcakes for her BFF's birthday party and one of her friends is acting weird so she has a lot on her mind. If I were her I would tell my parents right away and because that was the solution all along. This book was about a boy called Jimmy who's father one day gets a job at the circus and how Jimmy experiences life at the circus and meets his best friend Lotta. He also has a magic touch with animals and he and his little dog Lucky, make lots of money and how he and Lotta have adventures together. There were people who came and went and there were bad people to and that's where it was fun to read. This book was in the genre of mystery, it was about two twins called Scarlet and Ivy and their friends Ariadne and Rose going on a school trip in a very green area. Their trip was not really nice like ours, they lived in a  creepy hotel with a weird lake called Lake Seren. In that hotel, peoples' things are all getting stolen and all the evidence is pointing to Rose. In the book, Scarlet and Ivy find more information about Rose take help from Ariadne and get to the bottom of the mystery. I think Adora is a very interesting character because she hasn't cried for a long time! She takes life like science, she works does stuff slowly and  has a hypothesis for everything. In the book her wisher is very emotional and Adora gets quite irritated about that but she learns how to be more soft and makes a good friend. This book was non-fiction and I chose this topic because I wanted to learn something different and to appreciate what luxury we have. I learnt the evolution of televisions. I learnt what a zoetrope is; a toy that tricks the brain in to thinking that the images are moving. There are also Nipkow discs which are discs that have a lot to do with light. Philo Farnsworth invented the first electronic TV. This book was non fiction and it was about life on top of the mountains, there are many different species on the mountain. I learnt that there are these strong plants called conifers that have things that look like needles but actually are the leaves and they are meant to protect the plant from harsh climate. It is also very difficult for plants to grow but there is this special plant called lichen which grows on rocks and on the outside is fungi. The mountain food chain is not as the one on the ground and humans are causing a bad impact on it so I now know that we should be more careful when we take our next holiday to a mountain. I learnt that the reefs are actually the skeleton of a soft animal called polypus. I also learnt that the great barrier reef is so big that it covers more than the state of New Mexico! I learnt how important wolves are in the food chain because since they are top, it will be bad if they go away. If there were no wolves, there will be too much deer to eat up the plants quickly and then there will be none left so all the animals that depend on plants will be gone including the deer and the forest will be an empty place. I would recommend this book to people who like real life stories and the hardships people face. This book showed a girl who was brought up in the foundling hospital and then finds her real mother ( but she gets banished) and then has to go off and be a servant girl. Hetty has lots of spirit and potential and that is what makes it a great story. It shows a lot about her emotion and there is lots of detail.
