The pansexual flag is composed of 3 colors: Pink, yellow, and blue. The pink is supposed to represent someone's attraction to females. The blue represents attraction to males and the yellow is for all other genders in between or none.

Demisexuality is also connection focused but sexual attraction comes after a close emotional connection. Both pansexual and demisexual people can be with humans of all genders. The difference is in the basis of attraction.

Those two identities overlap in certain areas but sexual openness is not the the overarching theme since pansexual people may also not partake in casual relationships. Personal definitions can also alter the connection to labels.

I personally think the man is holding a pot and not a pan because pans around that circumference do not exceed a height of 3 inches. Once you pass that height/circumference ratio, it is a pot.
