This event can take place at one time across the LNR. Different groups can be lead by volunteers or staff to areas across the park to take place in a point count survey. Carrying out this survey in the early morning means that a staff member can collate the data gathered on the birds at the site. Later in the day different groups can come back and see what birds other groups saw. This creates some interesting data and also drives visitors to keep looking for birds they didn't see themselves.
