Keep your National Board account email updated. You will complete Maintenance of Certificate, MOC, in your 4th year (attempt 1, highly recommended) or 5th year (last attempt.) Do not FORGET to complete your MOC to keep your NBCT certificate and stipend active!

The National Board Stipend is Prorated for Teachers that Certify in December. The deadline to qualify for this February 15. All materials must be submitted to MDE by this date.

Yes, it's the same form used to request your reimbursement, but your central office will insert the necessary MSIS coding to the page 2 of the document.

Candidates are only reimbursed for each component once. There are no reimbursements for retakes.
