Based on this, she has helped me problem solve several things. She makes me feel seen and valued. She also has been consistent in checking in on me and asking how things are going.

Melissa has been someone I have worked close with recently. She listens to what situation I may have and is quick to fix or offer suggestions. She makes sure to communicate both verbally and through email to make sure everyone is on the same page. I feel heard and supported by Melissa!
