I am from a family of six. I have three siblings and two parents. I was born in Durham but have lived in Catawba, NC for thirteen years.

Out of everyone around me my Papaw Franky has influenced me the most. He has influenced me since I was a young child to be a better man, and always give God the glory for everything. He was my best friend until he passed away on November 10, 2023.

I have recently been introduced to farming. I love farming and hanging out with the man who owns the farm that I work at because he reminds me of my Papaw whom I lost last year.

Leadership is taking a stand and helping others stay in line to get things done. Leadership is also influencing others to act like you.

As a leader, I believe in leading by example. I understand that my actions speak louder than words, and I strive to set a positive and inspiring example for my team members to follow. I demonstrate the behaviors and values that I expect from my team, and I hold myself to the same standards that I hold them to.

If I could be any animal what would I be?
