Differences in life expectancy, birth rate, and dependency load between countries exist because of things like healthcare, education, economy, and overall living conditions.

Countries like Canada and Spain have strong healthcare systems, good nutrition, clean water, and better education, which help people live longer and have fewer children. As a result, they also have more seniors who need support, raising their senior dependency load.

In contrast, countries like Kenya often face challenges like limited healthcare access, higher poverty rates, and lower education levels. This leads to a higher birth rate (families have more children), lower life expectancy, and a dependency load that’s more heavily made up of youth rather than seniors.

In short:

Higher life expectancy usually comes with lower birth rates and more senior dependency.

Lower life expectancy often comes with higher birth rates and more youth dependency.

It all ties back to how developed, healthy, and stable a country is.
