So, to arouse students’ curiosity and to broaden their horizons.

I believe that the qualities of a good teacher are motivation, effort, knowledge, high expectations, organization, wit, hard working, ethic and to pursuit of the truth. I wish that this course —and every one of them— will help me to be a better teacher in the terms (qualities) I descrived before.

I also enjoy to read books, to play chess and to be surrounded by nature, especially Montserrat. I have travelled a lot around the world in order to sing, but I don't like to travel. I would rather stay at Catalonia for ever.

However, what I love more than anything is to learn every kind of stupid (or useless) information, and to know and understand everything.

I have two brothers (yes, male sibilings) and I am the middle one. I've been studying music since I was five. I started with piano, theory and choir. Then, I joined the Escolania de Montserrat, where I learned to play, also, the clarinet. Five years after, I left that school and joined the Orfeó Català and other choirs. Then, I was accepted at the ESMUC to study Old Chant (Ancient music) and harpsichord. It was not until the quarantine that I decided, due to my experience at the Esplai, to start Primary Education, a degree that was on my mind since I was very young.

My native tongue is Catalan, but I am also able to defend myself in Castilian and English. I have the First Certificate in English (B2), and I'm waiting for the results of my C2 de Català exam.
