The members let the man finish his points before adding their concerns and also made a compliment for his statements. In addition, the leader authorized the man first.

In video Part 1,they did not reach any conclusion after the unpleasant meeting. First, they just kept declining others with negative comments for the events and schedule. Second, unfriendly facial expressions and little eye contact worsed the situation. Moreover, someone sometimes even interrupted the speaker. Therefore, there were no constructive opinions in the end.
However, in video Part 2, they showed effective communication. They chose to agree with the ideas first and then offer more useful suggestions. We noticed that someone was taking the meeting log and the leader guided the discussion such as asking questions with a more friendly tone compared with the first video.

For the video 1, everyone looks negative. They do not want to go for the activity at all. The person who set up the schedule seems do not care others, with a strong tone. The leader force the process to move on by asking others' thoughts.
For the video 2, people use the positive response first if they have different opinions. Everyone seems willing to participate in the discussion. And they are polite to others with different ideas. The leader gives more freedom when the team are in the discussion.

In the first part video, everyone has the same problem, which is negative attitude and keep interrupting others. Also, people tend to ignore others' feelings and just think more for themselves. And politeness is a problem for everyone. The leader in the beginning didn't ask others' opinion about where to go politely.
On the other hand, in the second part, there is a obvious contrast that people can think more for others and there is no interruption. Everybody listen to others carefully and respond nicely. The leader also offer to ask everyone's opinion about where to go. In the end ,they also reach a satisfying plan.
