Mine was about running away from my problems because I seem to do that a lot and its a part of me I do not like. It took a while to choose a song, at first I used Run Baby Run by The Rigs, I really liked the song and the tempo of it but something wasn't quite right about it and that lead to me having difficulty choreographing to it and having creative blocks. I explored with Holly a variety of different songs until I found Ruins by Portico Quartet, an instrumental song. We created duets with each person in our class and each duet showed our different strengths in contact. The duets then progressed into a dance and Holly put some choreography in-between the duets that linked and filled it out. In the dance we focused on our open right hand a lot to show that we should focus on the small things because life is too short and life goes by too fast and none of us appreciate these things in life enough.
