I think this comes from activities at school. It is in this context that female students can prepare themselves and start to form activist groups and school committees formed by them. In that sense, when they leave school, they will already have previous experience and perhaps the determination to take up public office in local or national government. The key is the training and guidance they receive, the rest is up to them.
By: Diego

We can promote women's participation in local governance by inculcating values or principles of equality in children and adolescents by demonstrating that women can lead equally or even better than men. In addition, such governance activities can also be promoted at the college or university through student boards.
By: Lucero Alvarez

I think that to promote the participation of women in high government positions it is necessary to encourage leadership from the school, not to impose limits just because of gender. In addition, female candidates must increase in number, receiving the support of the community, because female candidates are few compared to the number of men.
