If I was to compare the level of difficulty between the cases I have seen and the Melioidosis case, I would say that Melioidosis is way hard and complex. It is not a very common disease and the good evidence is lacking. Q10 (Finding a guideline from another country) is not easy. I am not sure how we are expected to access guidelines from another country when we (Australia) do not even allow access to the the resources such as AMH, eTG and eMIMS without a purchased license. The level of difficulty between the cases vary significantly and this is not fair for everyone.

Some cases we more difficult than some others. A good example is the Melioidosis case - not an easy case at all!
