I also noticed that differentiation, whether for specialized groups like SPED and multilingual or for new vs. veteran coaches, was a high need. I like the idea of having sessions tailored for groups according to their coaching needs.

If we coaches could have a way to access important and meaningful topics and resources for induction, that would be super helpful!
