Meeting on these sites can be a great convenience to the employees who now won't have to drive to a meeting thus giving more time to the employees. Anytime you are meeting or using any type of technology their a chance for technical issues which the company should understand and take into consideration. There's a few pro's of meeting on the two sites I have selected. First of the employees can keep their personal life, personal while also participating in the work requirements. I believe they should give everyone a few days to get the change of the new sites and also create their account so plan for the first virtual meeting to be the following week.
