Create and environment where it’s okay to take some alone time and recharge. So you don’t feel pressured to be social all the time.

Judgement free environment, where people feel safe to show there differences and quirks and maybe lean similarities through that

Kindness: caring for each other, helping each other (if someone is sick fx), teamwork (kitchen duty fx), checking in on people - and do it properly

Inclusivity: if someone is alone, ask them to join. Don’t exlude anyone, anyone is welcome (encourage, but if they want to be alone, that’s okay)

Patience: language learning can be hard, waiting in the queue, making sure everyone is there - waiting for each other when going for a walk fc

Responsibility: keeping things clean, the common areas and rooms. Do your part - socially (contribute to the community) and with practical things
