In modern days, even students have to deal with so many deadlines & assignments at school which means they must spend many hours per day to finish them.
In spite of having a lot of assignments, we still have to spend at least 4 hours sleeping in order to keep healthy. For many people, that 4 hours is so important that they do not want to use it for sleep.
A Non- Sleeping Pills would contain nutritions and energy which bring effects as helpful as a period of sleeping.  -   Firstly, diseases are often caused by microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses. The human immune system is amazing, but it couldn't handle everything, this is why we need antibiotic to help eliminate more bacteria( fungus as well) from you body. 
- Secondly, vaccines work in a slightly different way. It can be described as "injecting a disease into your body". Vaccine is a substance used to stimulate the production of antibodies and provide immunity against disease. 
- Finally, blood transfusion. This is the problem that had been researched in the past for decades. Scientists had gave up until they discovered about blood types. 

b. 1-hour sleeping pills would be my medical breakthrough. This small pill could get you a 1-hour sleep that is the same as a 8-hour sleep. - Germ theory: proved that bacteria cause diseases and decrease the spread of the diseases, develop the sanitary system in hospitals.

I would develop the organ transplantation. It may repairs a physical defect that affects a person's ability to function normally. In my opinion, transplantation is necessary because it helps a person whose organs have damaged by the disease have another chance to work normally like the others. The only problem is about the organ donors and their family. It’s because many people die just waiting for an organ.

b. If I were the one who could discovered a medical breakthrough, I would turn vaccine shots into pills.
