The only thing i need to know is why the shading is a bit too light

I suggest if you have the time, try to make the shading darker:)

A. One thing I would like to clarify is why you did not stipple the background.

G. And one AFI is the tonel value is contrasting a lot so I think for some places the dots can me further apart.

Was the shading below the eye meant to be part of the skin or was it meant to be a shadow?

Maybe you can lighten the shadow below the eye and for some areas such as the neck area

G: Perhaps you could pack the dots more closely around the neck area to have a clearer distinction between the chin and neck. On the whole, you did well in this stippling art task! Kudos!

You missed shading 1 segment on top of the hole. Once it is shaded, the 3D effect will be more visible. :D

You should keep the top most segment black to create a more realistic illusion of a deep hole.

You could either add another segment after the top most 'white' portion and shade it black. Alternatively, you could erase the 'white' segment. :D

Avoid shading the entire triangle. There should be areas to show 'highlight' to create a more realistic 3D effect. :D

Once the alternate segments are shaded, you will successfully create a 3D illusion of a hole. Press on! :D

(2) I did not manage to make the perfect triangle I want on my first attempt. Instead, I accidentally drew the triangle as right-angle triangle.

(3) I got help from Mrs Yap and my friends and redrew the triangle multiple times.

(4) I have learnt to be more careful and control my pencil more easily. I also learnt to adjust accordingly when I see the weird shape of my triangle.

Challenge(s) I had faced: Honestly the “Hole Illusion “ was hard to shade.

How I overcame my challenge: It was challenging at first to shade but I tried my best to shade it. Although it didn’t turn out exactly the best I’m still glad that I at least tried :3
