We support families throughout Warwickshire with children and young people (0-25 years old) who have or may have a special educational need and disabilities (SEND). We provide free, confidential, and impartial information, advice, and guidance on a full range of education, health, and social care related issues in line with the SEND Code of Practice and SEND legislation. We empower parents, carers, and young people to understand local policies specific to Warwickshire and their legal rights.

A school nursing service for the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 5-19, led by school nurses for the promotion, prevention and protection of children and young people’s health and wellbeing. Our service is available to all Warwickshire school aged children and young people from 5-19 years old (up to 25 years old for people with special educational needs).

Rise is Coventry and Warwickshire's CAHMS service. It is a family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.

What is the Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing?

The Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing is a free online tool providing a personalised profile and self-care information to support adults, children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.

You can rate yourself or another person against a number of dimensions related to health and wellbeing.

The Dimensions tool is available 24/7 and creates a Dimensions report which provides information about self-care, local services and support.
