Based on your reflections of the lesson plans conducted over the week, practice writing 5 lesson plans’ objectives of how a child may demonstrate his/her knowledge of the subject.<br><br></div><div><strong>Lesson plan 1</strong></div><div>&nbsp;| 1. Age group: 5 years old Concept: Use of 1<sup>st</sup> person singular subject pronoun, ‘I’.&nbsp;<br> | 2. Rationale: Children will be playing ‘Feed the Shark’ as they love the song ‘Baby Shark’ sung during circle time.&nbsp;<br> | 3. Objectives: Children will be required to request for a specific coloured fish they would want to feed the shark with. This will be done by using the phrase, “I want..” &nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Lesson plan 2</strong></div><div>&nbsp;| 1. Age group: 5 years old Concept: Comprehension<br>&nbsp;| 2. Rationale: Children will be playing ‘Tag team story building’, as they attended a play about ‘Goldilocks and the 3 bears’.<br>&nbsp;| 3. Objectives: Children will be required to build the story by arranging pictures according to their correct sequence. Child will have a turn at picking a picture to fill up the ‘What comes next?’ slot. For example, if the picture on the board shows goldilocks walking in the woods, the child needs to pick the picture of Goldilocks stumbling upon the 3 bears house. &nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Lesson plan 3</strong></div><div>&nbsp;| 1. Age group: 5 years old Concept: Book and print awareness<br>&nbsp;| 2. Rationale: The recalling activity of the story will be embedded into children’s gross motor activity as they watched a play of ‘Goldilocks and the 3 bears’.<br>&nbsp;| 3. Objectives: Children will be required to sort pictures of the story, ‘Goldilocks and the 3 bears’ (as an end goal during their exercise relay), into 3 parts; Introduction, Middle and End.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Lesson plan 4</strong></div><div>&nbsp;| 1. Age group: 5 years old Concept: Writing<br>&nbsp;| 2. Rationale: Children will practice copying 3-letter words during a sensory play session based on a story read to them entitled ‘Frog on a Log’.<br>&nbsp;| 3. Objectives: Children will be required to copy word by word flashed to them on the PowerPoint slides using a slime writing tray instead of paper and pen. &nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Lesson plan 5</strong></div><div>&nbsp;| 1. Age group: 5 years old Concept: Word recognition<br>&nbsp;| 2. Rationale: Children will be playing scavenger word-hunt in class based on a story read to them entitled ‘Frog on a Log’<br>&nbsp;| 3. Objectives: Children will roll a dice where 3-letter words will be placed on each face of the dice.
