I want it to be a place that inspires students and teachers alike. In order to do this, we must be positive, supportive, think outside of the box, incorporate technology (flipped class) and lots of hands on learning. This generation will solve the world's problems if we let them.

WLMS is a place where students and staff enjoy to come each day. It is a place where learning and teaching takes place by everyone - not just teachers teaching and students learning. It is a place where relationships are built - students care about the staff and the staff cares about the students.

I want WLMS to be a school where students walk through the doors and are inspired to be the best of character. I want students to enjoy discovering new information so that when they leave at the end of the day they are eager to go home and learn more. By the time students leave at the end of the year I hope that they will be confident to overcome set-backs and excuses and not consider failure to be the end of the line.
