When I finally completed the pop up card after the many weeks of art lessons.
With respect to my goals, what was my greatest challenge?
I found it rather difficult in being creative to come up with a hybrid character to draw. I had to search up quite a number of animal references and took quite a long time thinking of how I could merge the animals / human together to form a creature that would be used in my artwork.
Was I successful in implementing my plans? What can I do to improve?
I was quite successful for some of my plans. I could have put in more time and effort into drawing my character so that it would look nicer. I could also have been more careful when painting the background because while painting, I accidentally put too much water and that caused the pain to emerge and it look quite some effort to touch it up.

1. Rhythm: 
Describe how you have demonstrated your ability to create rhythm using Percussion Instruments.
We were able to demonstrate a good rhythm and texture. Our rhythm was also quite interesting and our music piece was inspired by the cup song and the raffles jam.

2. Melody:
Explain how your understanding of the use of scales has help you to create Melody.
It made our melody richer and it sounded more nice.

3. Chords: 
Explain how your understanding of the use of chords has help you to create accompaniment and melody.
We used different chords that went along well with the melody to add more texture and thus it was more creative.

Sound Scape:
1. The sounds of the environment; to treat the world soundscape as a musical composition of which man is the principal composer, and to make critical judgments which would lead to its improvement. Give your opinion.
I agree as sound allows people to better envision the scene depicted and allow us to make constructive feedback about the changes in the environment  and how efficient the music in the background helps being able to envision the scene.

I would like to work on improving and refining my drawing skills as it is not good. I am excited about how after a lot of hard work, the end result of the piece of art would look nice. Through this experience, I learnt about perseverance and time management. When I did not succeed the first time in the art, I would not give up and try again. I also had to plan my time well because we had to compete the project in a limited amount of time.
