         <description><![CDATA[<div>Do you want to feel and look physically healthy? Well, here are some tips to help you out.<br>1) <strong>Drink Water</strong></div><div>Drinking water gives you energy and helps you through the day. Water also makes your skin look and feel great. So drinking 8 cups of water a day bring much for your health<br>2)<strong>Follow the Food Pyramid<br></strong>&nbsp;You need to follow the food pyramid and should get 6 or more servings of bread and cereals, 2-5 servings of fruits and veggies, 2 servings of dairy and meat, and only eat what it says to eat. Doing this will make sure you get as many servings as needed to get all the necessary vitamins.&nbsp;<br>3)<strong>Get Enough Sleep<br></strong>Make sure that you get at least 8 hours of sleep. If you are under the age of 13, get 10-11 hours of sleep each night.<br>4)<strong>Be Clean<br></strong>Shower at least once a day and wash your face twice a day for clean skin. Brush your teeth twice a day, floss, and use mouthwash.<br>5)<strong>Exercise <br></strong>Keep a daily routine to exercise your body. Do sport or find activities that suits you, it can be cycling, skiing, swimming or simply walking with friend in the fresh air.<br>It is important to do activities at least 30 minutes a day to be healthy and be in good mood:)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nowadays almost all people sometimes are suffering from emotional unstability. This will destroy your relationships with friends or family. Now we will tell you how to be emotionally healthy in our world. There are some tips to help you. <br><br>The 1st one! <br>We advice you to do everything in time,  because at one moment the mountain of unfinished business will fall on your head with heavy stone and it will induce a stressful situation in which it is very easy to lose control of your emotions.<br><br>The 2nd one! <br>The good advice is to talk more with people. Maybe make new friends or actively communicate with existing people. the need to communicate is strongly related to your emotional state.<br><br>The 3rd one! <br>It is very cool, if you have someone to share your good and bad news. In this case you are  releasing bad emotions or sharing your joy.<br><br>The 4rd one! <br>You need to be able to relax and give yourself to wallow. Thus, the accumulated stress will not affect your emotional health so much and will give you the opportunity to fully enjoy life.<br><br>The 5th one! <br>Good opportunity to be emotionally healthy is to do hobbies. It will take your time and won't let you feel sad. If you have something that makes you happy and helps you escape from everyday problems, then use it!</div>]]></description>

Use that time to engage in a relaxing technique to clear off your mind and body of the stress and fatigue received during the day<br>3)<strong>Develop your public speaking<br></strong>Try to speak publicly much in order to improve your speech and not be afraid of people.
