Because the ad is attention grabbing, they will also want to read the text at the bottom which will make them want to buy KFC chicken. This is due to the fact that the text and ad's focus is chicken and the word chicken has been repeated.<br><br>Drivers: The customer's attention is captured due to the different spelling of KFC.  Interest is created through the headline "we're sorry" because people will be curious on what they are sorry about. </div>]]></description>
