Today is my 1st day to start industrial training at The Gurney Resort Hotel and Residence in Penang. I will undergo industrial training for four months.
📌9 a.m Report duty at the human resource Department office and handing us to the housekeeping department
📌Meet with Mr Sheikh Omar as a Housekeeping manager and he briefy to us about the hotel management
📌Mr Sheikh Omar introduced me to the whole department and take us to sightseeing around the hotel then tell us about the hotel background
📌I will been given the 2 department for my industrial training which is food and beverage department for 2 months and housekeeping department for 2 months.
